Taipei Performing Arts Center and Taipei Music Center adds 7,000 seats to City’s MICE offerings

Taipei, October 17, 2022 – (SEAPRWire) – Taipei City, recently ranked amongst the 2022 top 10 best city to travel to in the world by Lonely Planet welcomes international MICE groups back to the vibrant city.

With its cultural diversity, proximity to nature experiences, exploding food scenes and superb infrastructure, Taipei is already one of Asia’s leading MICE destination. The addition of two new venues gives MICE organisers more reasons to choose this beautiful destination for their next event.

The Taipei Performing Arts Center and the Taipei Music Center opened in the last two years has enhanced the city’s skyline with its contemporary and futuristic architecture.  Both venues have added over 7,000 seats to the availability of MICE venues in Taipei.

Comprising three theatres around a central cube, the Taipei Performing Arts Center offers both indoor and outdoor multi-purpose spaces. The 1,500 seat Grand Theater and the 800 seat multiform theater combines to become a 2,300 Super theater equipped with facilities to meet the demands of contemporary theaters, ideal for large conferences, meetings and performances.

The Taipei Music Center is the heart of Asia’s Mandarin pop music industry, home to local musicians and music enthusiasts alike. The 5,000 seat Performance Hall connects to the Cultural Hall and a Creative Hub, both dedicated to the preservation and development of music in Taiwan.
